We would like to inform you that it is possible to exchange your purchases, return your purchases or refund their value at the same original purchase price, according to the following terms and conditions:

• Purchases can be exchanged, returned or refunded within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Purchases must be compatible with the original condition, and not be used in any way.
• When exchanging, returning or refunding a product, you must attach the original receipt.
• Products that you purchased in cash will be refunded in cash, but any purchase paid by bank card (credit / KNET) will be refunded by the same card within 7 working days from the date of return as shown in the original receipt.
• We apologize, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products in the following categories: underwear, lingerie, fragrances, health & beauty (such as skincare, make-up & cosmetics) or other products which are personalized to your order.

The rights of exchange and return are covered under the Consumer Protection Law No. 39/2014.
